Feeding your child is an act of love that takes a thousand forms: breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, spoon-feeding— wherever you want, however you want. And all these ways are equally valid.

Launched in Bordeaux in 2021, the #JAIFAIMJEMANGE movement is back for its sixth edition, and MotherStories wholeheartedly supports it alongside Karolina Slowikowska, a Geneva-based photographer and organizer of this edition, and Taylor Barois of “Le Studio Gabriel,” who is also a photographer.

Through a large group photo in a public space, the movement aims to normalize all forms of infant feeding: breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, weaning… This is not a pro-breastfeeding movement; it is a pro-choice movement. Every family is welcome just as they are, without any pressure or hierarchy.

A joyful and supportive gathering to put a stop to pressure and guilt, and to highlight the bonds that nourish us. The MotherStories team will be there, along with Karine Fousson, a sophrologist specializing in perinatal care and sleep, and a lactation consultant.
