MothersTalk: Baby Sleep

To all our moms who are at their wits' end because their baby won't sleep (or doesn't sleep anymore), this event is for you! 🤦🏼‍♀️👩🏻‍🍼🙋🏽‍♀️

We look forward to seeing you on Monday, February 26, 2024, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. for a special #MothersTalk on sleep—specifically, how to establish a sleep routine. 💤

This talk (in French) will be led by Nawal Matlou, a midwife with over 25 years of experience and a specialist in children’s sleep. 👶🏼

First, we’ll explore the physiology of a baby’s sleep (sleep cycles, micro-awakenings, etc.) before providing you with tips and tools to help you establish a bedtime routine with your baby—one that gently guides them as they learn to sleep AND allows you to (finally) catch your breath. 🎉

During this Talk, you'll learn:

  • How a baby’s sleep works—which, like walking, is a learning process.
  • The crucial role of sleep for babies, which can affect their development.
  • Signs that may indicate a sleep disorder. 95% of babies under one year of age do not have sleep problems.
  • The Difference Between a Baby's Sleep and an Adult's Sleep.

Feel free to bring your baby—we recommend using a baby carrier so you don't take up too much space with strollers.

Since space is limited to 10 people, don't wait to sign up!
