What is your mission/motivation?
"Bloomhealth helps women improve their fitness during pregnancy and the postpartum period. We create tailor-made training programs, with safe but challenging exercises, that support and guide women through these pivotal periods. Bloomhealth was born out of a desire to raise awareness, educate and accompany the changes that body and mind undergo during and after pregnancy." Brenda
