"I contacted Aurélie in mid-December, more or less five weeks before my due date. Torn between apprehension about giving birth and the changes that would take place in January 2020, Aurélie was very available and attentive to my wishes. She advised me to draw up a birth plan to help me project myself into this incredible event. As I was past my due date and wanted the birth to go as smoothly as possible for me, Aurélie carried out two reflexology sessions to physically prepare my body for this adventure (5 days apart). On D-day, when the induction had been scheduled, my body was very responsive following this second session. Not only did the contractions arrive an hour after the medical team had put in a tampon, but less than 10 hours later, the water broke spontaneously and my son was in my arms two hours later by vaginal delivery, with no complications whatsoever. "A top-notch photographer! Before the session, I was first won over by her style, her tones, her ability to capture stolen moments, to retranscribe emotions in moments of simplicity. Then I did my mini mum & baby session and fell under the spell of her personality! Marta was adorable with me, my children and my husband backstage ;)). She made us feel as if we were with an old friend, having a great time. She's a very human person, who takes great care of her clients, and you can feel that she puts her heart into her work and that nothing is left to chance. The result of this session was superb: I came away with lots of precious photos, captured glances and beautiful moments of complicity with my 1-year-old daughter. "Great workshop for learning sign language with baby! Bravo to Mélanie for developing all this material and making learning so easy through play and rhymes. Baby can also enjoy the signed readings and rhymes. Another great idea is baby yoga for mom and baby. Mélanie puts in a lot of effort and doesn't hesitate to take over with baby if he's crying, to give moms time to take their yoga break. What a great discovery!

"I started prenatal yoga quite late in my pregnancy (2 months before giving birth) because I didn't realize that I was going to give birth soon. I wanted to give birth without an epidural, but I realized that I was embarking on a totally unknown project and that if I didn't "prepare" myself a little, I wasn't going to make it. I realized that I needed outside help to prepare myself even for a possible birth with an epidural. I had put my pregnancy on hold for family reasons, and I thought it was time to put my baby back at the center of my life. The yoga classes with Alice enabled me to feel more present for my baby and to say that I was putting all the chances on my side to give birth without an epidural. It gave me new confidence in myself and in my mental and physical abilities. The "endurance" exercises really helped me prepare mentally. The classes also taught me more about the perineum, contractions and breathing. Birth preparation classes at the maternity hospital explain what's going to happen during childbirth, but they lack the "spiritual and human" side that I found in prenatal yoga. The advice, explanations and words spoken during the classes opened me up to motherhood, femininity and the dimension of becoming a mother. The music gave me moments of relaxation at home.
