"I started prenatal yoga quite late in my pregnancy (2 months before giving birth) because I didn't realize that I was going to give birth soon. I wanted to give birth without an epidural, but I realized that I was embarking on a totally unknown project and that if I didn't "prepare" myself a little, I wasn't going to make it. I realized that I needed outside help to prepare myself even for a possible birth with an epidural. I had put my pregnancy on hold for family reasons, and I thought it was time to put my baby back at the center of my life.
