She advised me to draw up a birth plan to help me project myself into this incredible event. As I was past my due date and wanted the birth to go as smoothly as possible for me, Aurélie carried out two reflexology sessions to physically prepare my body for this adventure (5 days apart). On D-day, when the induction had been scheduled, my body was very responsive following this second session.
