What is your mission/motivation?

"My approach is above all gentle and humane. I welcome each person with kindness, listening and respect, creating a safe space where they can let go without fear of being judged. Simplicity and lightness guide my coaching, enabling each person to reconnect with their inner resources and find their own path. What deeply motivates me is observing these moments of transformation: a face that lights up, a body that relaxes, a breath that calms... Like the blossoming of a flower. I love accompanying these subtle moments when something opens up, when confidence returns, when the momentum of life is reinstalled.
