“Dear moms and moms-to-be, I’m writing these few lines to tell you about someone—a friend—whom I’d like to recommend. Her name is Sophie, my osteopath, who took care of my daughter—or rather, my tiny baby, I should say—when she was just a few weeks old. When Gabriella, my little girl who is now 2 years old, arrived, our lives—and especially our nights—took on a whole new rhythm. From the very beginning of her life, Gabriella’s nights weren’t very easy, and neither were ours. That’s why we decided to see our friend Sophie, who had already done a great job working with my husband and me. Gabriella had a lot of colic, and her nights were restless. We talked to Sophie about it, and she saw us as soon as she could. As soon as we arrived at her office with Gabriella, we felt at ease and, above all, not judged—because the hardest part of all this is how others look at you. Sophie calmed Gabriella right away and calmed us down too; in fact, both she and my husband fell asleep. We’ve seen Sophie about this several times, and her work has helped Gabriella. What we appreciate most about Sophie is her gentleness and professionalism; we immediately realized we were dealing with someone who is passionate—and when I say passionate, I mean she puts her heart into it. I highly recommend her for your little angel who’s about to be born, or for your baby or child who’s already part of the family. You won’t be disappointed.” Angie

“I’m here to listen to moms, and you can count on my full support to help you get the most out of the sessions. I’ve been trained to work with very young children. This allows me to position the children in ways that capture and enhance these magical moments. I always adapt to your needs!” Eugénie

“We had a wonderful time with Eugénie, who made us feel at ease right away! It was also a beautiful experience with our baby—Eugénie is gentle, patient, and very attentive to our wishes. The photos are stunning. We highly recommend Eugénie—she’s very professional and responsive! Thank you!!” Carole

“I worked with Gaelle during one of the most challenging times of my professional life. After a 12-year corporate career, I decided to start my own business—this was right after giving birth to my second child. I had just started the business, and while I had the vision and the energy to push forward, I was operating out of so much fear: fear that it might not work out, fear that I was investing a lot of time that could have been spent on paid work or with my family, fear that once I finished, the product wouldn’t generate any interest, fear that I wasn’t qualified to lead such a project, fear that I didn’t have what it takes… The list is long, and I’m so grateful that Gaelle was there to guide me at that time. She was able to help me help myself by reframing my fears. This lifted such a heavy burden off my shoulders that I was able to move on to the next stages, both professionally and personally.” Anca

Your story is unique, and together, we’ll create a space where you can move forward with confidence and peace of mind.” Ornela

“She is an incredibly kind and empathetic person whom we can confide in without being judged. I did all my childbirth preparation through hypnosis with Ornella, and I arrived feeling very calm and with my anxieties eased on the big day. My 7-year-old son also had a session with her to ease some of his anxieties; she is very gentle and a great listener. I highly recommend her!” Emilie Galice

“Dr. Cristina Exhenry assesses a child’s sleep based on a form that parents must fill out before the appointment, which helps her provide insights and solutions. She helped us with our first son by offering simple but helpful advice. She also remained available via email afterward whenever I had questions.” Marie

“To promote an interdisciplinary approach, to offer women and families the opportunity to receive physical and emotional care and support throughout the perinatal period (from the desire to become pregnant through the postpartum period, including perinatal bereavement), and to provide information on available resources.” Mélanie

“We hired Mélanie twice—once for baby baths and once for a massage workshop. We have wonderful memories of her sessions, during which she shared a wealth of knowledge and was so gentle with our baby. Mélanie is patient, highly knowledgeable, and gave us the tools we needed to confidently establish rituals with our newborn. We highly recommend her services.”

“My mission as a kinesiologist is to support women and children so that they never feel alone again. I want to offer them personalized support so they can live life to the fullest, with confidence and independence, rather than simply enduring their difficulties. My goal is to create a space of listening, compassion, and support to help them regain their strength and peace of mind.” Octavia

“Octavia is truly incredible. She’s exceptionally kind and a great listener. Her approach is gentle. The space is beautiful, and così, you feel right at home there. I really liked the essential oils. Octavia understood me, and we were able to immediately pinpoint the issue we needed to work on. I felt results very quickly. I recommend her without hesitation. Thanks again.” Tania P.

Thank you, Mélina, for your smile and your professionalism!” Camille

“I am committed to listening and providing reliable information on all topics related to the postpartum period—a time that is so unique, beautiful, and sometimes challenging, often full of paradoxes! With a gentle and caring approach, I’m here to listen to you and offer the support that’s right for you.” Caroline

“I had a postnatal massage and a baby massage with Caroline, and I’m extremely satisfied! Caroline takes her time and is attentive throughout the entire massage. It was very relaxing and beneficial after giving birth. It allowed me to take care of myself and treat myself to a very precious moment of well-being. As for the baby massage, Caroline was attentive to my son’s needs and involved all three of us—the baby, my partner, and me—giving us tips and instructions so we can do the massage ourselves in the future. I highly recommend Caroline for all her postpartum services.” Doreene

“My mission is to support, educate, protect, and empower expat moms in my community who are separated from their loved ones. Sleep is a behavior, and gaining a sense of control over our lives—or understanding what is normal and what we can change—fundamentally supports us. My approach encompasses all aspects of daily life, bringing everything together to create a complete picture. I have an extensive educational background in healthcare, nutrition, and sleep. Understanding and respecting our children allows us to support the future of healthy, happy people. By building a picture of your family’s activities and daily life, I work with you to create a personalized plan that takes into account everything that is unique about your baby or child, your parenting style, and your sleep and parenting goals. Then I support and empower you—every step of the way.” Charlotte Patchell

“I’ve had the most incredible success with Charlotte at BubHub. Charlotte literally gave us our lives back. With our third baby, I was up 6, 7, or even 8 times a night feeding and soothing him. Within just a few days and with Charlotte’s gentle guidance, our son was almost sleeping through the night. Charlotte listened carefully to exactly what I ‘wanted’ and put together the gentlest, easiest-to-follow program, which has been a huge success. Our baby now sleeps through the night and is easy (most days!) to put down for naps. This wasn’t the first time I’ve turned to BubHub for advice on children’s sleep. Charlotte also helped me get my unruly toddler to fall asleep and stay in bed at bedtime. Charlotte is a true professional and has an incredible understanding of everything related to sleep! She gave me back my own sleep, but was always there for me, and her reassurance kept me going every step of the way.” Sarah G. Harlow, 2, and Gabriel, 7 months
