"I contacted Aurélie in mid-December, more or less five weeks before my due date. Torn between apprehension about giving birth and the changes that would take place in January 2020, Aurélie was very available and attentive to my wishes. She advised me to draw up a birth plan to help me project myself into this incredible event. As I was past my due date and wanted the birth to go as smoothly as possible for me, Aurélie carried out two reflexology sessions to physically prepare my body for this adventure (5 days apart).
