We offer fitness classes for young parents and their children. Classes are supervised by Gym Poussette-certified coaches.

What is your mission/motivation?

"Parents often have little time for physical fitness. Yet we know that physical activity is just as positive for the body as it is for the mind. It also enables parents to meet people who share their concerns.
