“Congratulations on this certification—I was lucky enough to get a sneak peek at it!!! I wanted to thank you once again for your tremendous contribution to my psychological well-being. Honestly, everything has changed since we met! My gratitude is boundless; I don’t know how to thank you enough. Our two sessions together have allowed me to regain complete confidence in life and in its support, no matter what it brings my way. My outlook has become positive and enthusiastic again, and I’ve regained my energy and motivation—much to my delight. And… I no longer wake up feeling anxious! ” T.

“We hired Virginie for a couples/pregnancy photo shoot. I was a little nervous because I’m not very photogenic. Virginie managed to put us at ease—so much so that we forgot the camera was even there. My partner and I had a wonderful time, and we have beautiful photos full of tenderness and love to cherish as memories. A big thank you—I highly recommend her services!”

"A great concept for new parents and a unique gift idea—all prepared by a registered dietitian! The carrot cake was delicious." Melody

“I moved to a new city. I didn’t know anyone. As a new mom, it’s not easy to connect with other people. Thanks to Gym Poussette, I’ve formed wonderful bonds with other parents, and our kids have become very close, too! I’ve developed a love for exercise (which I never even imagined!) thanks to Gym Poussette’s philosophy of working up a sweat with a smile while respecting everyone’s pace. Long live Gym Poussette, and thank you to the amazing coaches! ”

“I contacted Aurélie in mid-December, about five weeks before my due date. Torn between anxiety about giving birth and the changes that were coming in January 2020, Aurélie was very responsive and attentive to my wishes. She advised me to create a birth plan to help me visualize this incredible event that was about to happen. Since I had gone past my due date and she wanted everything to go as smoothly as possible for me, Aurélie conducted two reflexology sessions to physically prepare my body for this adventure (five days apart). On the day labor was scheduled to be induced, my body responded very well following that second session. Not only did contractions begin an hour after the medical team inserted a tampon, but less than 10 hours later, my water broke spontaneously, and my son was in my arms two hours later via vaginal delivery without any complications. Every birth is a unique experience, and I hope all women can go through it with as relaxed and open a mindset as possible. I’d like to thank Aurélie for her hard work, her dedication, and her flexibility during this extraordinary experience I went through. » Valérie
