Baby Gallery
What exactly is the Baby Gallery?
The Baby Gallery is an online page on the MotherStories platform, a partner of Clinique Générale-Beaulieu. It enables parents to digitally announce and share the birth of their child with friends and family.
What information is displayed in the Baby Gallery?
The child's first name, date of birth, parents' first and last names (or initials) and place of birth. If you have given your consent, the photo taken by the clinic's professional photographer will be used; if you have said no, only the initial of your child's first name will be displayed.
I don't want my child's birth announcement to appear online in the Baby Gallery. Is this possible?
There is no obligation to make the birth of your child visible in the Baby Gallery. Simply tick "no" on the registration form. However, it is possible to display only the initials (child/parent) and to refuse to include a photo (in this case, only the initial will appear). For any special request, please send us an e-mail: naissances-beaulieu@motherstories.ch
I don't want my child's birth announcement to be on Baby Gallery, but I'd like to access the announcement service. Is this possible?
To access the announcement service, your child's birth announcement must be online on Baby Gallery. In the interests of discretion and anonymity, it is perfectly possible to enter as little information as possible (e.g. initials of first and last names instead of full first and last names).

I haven't received my login and password, what should I do?
We create your baby's file within 72 hours of receiving your electronic or paper registration form. After this time, please check that the e-mail is not in your spam folder. If nothing, contact us by e-mail: naissances-beaulieu@motherstories.ch.
Can I fill in the registration form if my child is not yet born?
No, you have to wait until your child is born to fill in and send the registration form.
My child was born, but the Baby Gallery and announcement services didn't exist yet. Can I use them afterwards?
Yes, of course! Simply fill in the registration form here. Once your child's birth announcement has been created and is online, you'll receive an e-mail with your login and password to access the announcement service.
Digital invitations
Is this a free or paying service?
Access to the birth announcement module is a service offered by the Clinique Générale-Beaulieu to all parents whose child was born at home. The only condition for access is that you authorize the clinic and MotherStories to post the birth on their online Baby-Gallery.
How do I access the birth announcement service?
Once your child's birth announcement has been created and uploaded to Baby Gallery, you'll receive an e-mail with your login and password to access the birth announcement service. If you still haven't received anything after 72 hours, please check your spam and contact us by e-mail: naissances-beaulieu@motherstories.ch.
What information appears on the announcement?
Your child's first name, date of birth, time of birth, weight and height are automatically displayed. You can then decide whether or not to display them by checking the various options.
Can I personalize the invitation with my own text?
Yes, the text box is editable. By default, a "standard" message is displayed, but by clicking on it you can modify it as you wish (limited number of characters).

Can I upload the photo of my choice?
Absolutely. If you choose the photo model and have agreed that the photo taken by the professional photographer at the clinic can be seen on the Baby Gallery, this is the photo that will be added to the invitation. If you'd prefer to replace it with another, you'll have no problem uploading another (however, for the sake of harmony, the one displayed on the Baby-Gallery will not change and will be that of the clinic photographer).

Can I change the background color of the invitation?
Yes. Whether you choose an invitation with or without a photo, you'll have a choice of 5 background colors: powder pink, water green, light gray, midnight blue or cream.
I didn't give birth at the Clinique Générale-Beaulieu, can I access the announcement card creation service?
Yes, on request and on quotation if printed. Please contact us by e-mail: info@motherstories.ch.
