How can I improve my fertility and get pregnant?

Faced with the growing number of often unexplained cases of infertility and repeated failures during MAP treatments that they receive in consultation, Virginie Terrier, nutritionist and micronutritionist, and Adva Grundman, fertility and MAP consultant, decided to get involved in the search for innovative, intelligent and effective solutions. Their work was motivated by their experience, their results and a cross-check with the most recent scientific data. New discoveries in the field of epigenetics - the effect of the environment on gene expression, particularly during the "window of opportunity", from 6 months before conception to the child's 2nd birthday - were also a driving force behind their project.

They have chosen to surround themselves with a multidisciplinary team of specialists, including reproductive physicians, endocrinologists, pediatricians, biologists and pharmacists, in order to develop "intelligent" programs. It is the collaboration of these enthusiasts, who together have over a hundred years' experience, and the use of the most recent scientific data, that has given birth to the missing yet essential tool for fertility.

Fertil-In is the first and only fertility enhancement tool based on the power of conditioned intelligence: a mix of human and artificial intelligence.

Why does fertility need a powerful, personalized and specific intelligence tool?

Infertility situations are complex and multifactorial. In a nutrition consultation, for example, they are among the most difficult situations to deal with, since many parameters have to be taken into account. Dealing with these situations requires a high level of analytical capacity, which is difficult for the human brain to cope with.

Today, the Fertil-In algorithm delivers personalized advice in just a few seconds of analysis.

For fundamental programs such as InConcept, a human intelligence would have to work for around ten hours to gather and synthesize so much information and provide the related advice.

For specific PMA support programs, the analysis is extended to over 1,500 parameters, with programs divided into several phases, following each stage of the protocol up to 12 weeks' gestation, and of a complexity impossible to reproduce in a consultation.

The objective is simple: the best advice, without forgetting anything, at the right time, and in the right way, without unnecessary effort or restrictions for the user.

These programs also have a major advantage for users: remembering all the recommendations and explanations during a consultation would be virtually impossible, especially considering the emotional bias involved.

The fact of receiving a precise, explicit program adapted to each individual, with tools such as videos, practical sheets and recipe books to facilitate understanding, is a major advantage. What's more, once a program has been acquired, users can repeat it as often as they like, every month if they wish, for up to 2 years.

But Fertil-In is also a team committed to making major changes for the health of future generations.

So, from now on, the programs will accompany their users for the entire period of opportunity, from 6 months before conception to the child's second birthday.

Today, Fertil-In collaborates with the most advanced and innovative MPA centers, such as the CPMA in Lausanne.

A partnership that speaks volumes about the need for new lifestyle tools in the fertility field.

As Dr. Manel Nezzal, a specialist in reproductive biology and medicine who fell in love with the programs, puts it so well: "Fertil-In is not a tool, it's a revolution.

In the near future, Fertil-In will be launching pre-conception programs for couples wishing to conceive in the best possible conditions and with the best transmitted health.

A small revolution too, for better health from generation to generation.
