We offer fitness classes for young parents and their children. Classes are supervised by Gym Poussette-certified coaches.

What is your mission/motivation?

"Parents often have little time for physical fitness. Yet we know that physical activity is just as positive for the body as it is for the mind. It also enables parents to meet people who share their concerns. For the children, it allows them to spend time with their parents and other children, and to develop a taste for sport for the older ones." Rebecca, co-founder

What is your mission/motivation?

"Having been pregnant and as a young mother, I'm aware of all the problems we can encounter ourselves (sciatica, backache, urine leakage, hemorrhoids, nausea...), and with our baby (colic, transit disorders such as reflux and constipation, torticollis, recurrent ear infections...). My primary aim is to inform young (future) mothers that there are real, effective, non-medicated solutions. The ultimate goal is to help them achieve a serene pregnancy and post-partum. Marie
